STRESS MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Course Description
In addition to standard job duties, the average employee spends a good portion of their day overwhelmed with email, back-to-back meetings, and a never-ending list of “must dos.” Being able to manage where we focus our time and energy is critical. Stress management is one area that contributes to emotional intelligence. It is about how well we cope with daily challenges, change and unfamiliar. Flexibility, stress tolerance, and optimism are all key competencies that impact your ability to manage your stress effectively.
Leaders who can leverage these skills are more likely to prioritize their endless to-do list and respond positively in the face of obstacles. Learning how to balance these competencies ensures you will be able to enhance your stress tolerance, which will positively impact your time management ability.
In this workshop, we examine how thoroughly your organization manages stress and your busy schedules. Having effective stress management means that you and your teams can quickly adapt to the unpredictable. We want to teach you that being flexible and optimistic during stressful situations allows you to deal with the emotions associated with change successfully.
