Unlock the Power of Your Emotions

Learn Emotional Skills and Mental Strategies to Take Your Leadership to New Heights.

About The Emotionally Strong Leader

Today’s multinational, multigenerational, and remote workplace needs a new kind of leader—one who understands themselves at the deepest level. To get that understanding, leaders must tap into an often overlooked source: their emotions.

The professional world is suffering from an emotional shortage. For years, leaders have been told that feeling—and showing—emotions in the workplace is a sign of weakness. Nothing could be further from the truth.

When you learn how to manage your emotions and lead with both your head and your heart, you can transform the workplace into a united, trusting environment where engagement, creativity and performance soars.

How? By leading with emotional intelligence.

In The Emotionally Strong Leader, author and EI Expert CEO Carolyn Stern shares her six-step self-coaching program that will show you the powerful role emotions play in your own leadership.

You’ll discover how emotional strength can elevate your teams from task-completers who simply show up to engaged contributors who feel valued, recognized and energized.

Emotions are what make us human. When used with an open mind and an open heart, they are also our greatest strength.

“Crucial and timely, Stern’s guide to the inside-out journey presents a vital road map for today’s leaders.”

Amy C. Edmondson, Professor, Harvard Business School, and bestselling author of The Fearless Organization.
