PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Course Description

Beginning the process of self-awareness starts with the acknowledgement of our struggles and triggers. Self-discovery strengthens when we practice effective coping mechanisms and develop proactive habits. This process builds a foundation where we can manage our emotions versus letting our feelings run amuck and get in the way of our full potential.

This session will create a safe and nurturing environment where feelings can be discussed openly and without judgement. This neutral setting teaches participants the tools to navigate and manage their day-to-day emotions in the workplace. The goals of this program are for participants to become better at identifying, differentiating, and describing their feelings.

Participants will learn ways to reduce worry, rumination and self-criticism by increasing their acceptance of challenging work experiences. In this workshop, learners will strengthen their ability to make decisions, motivate teams, and improve relationships when emotions are involved.
