In all of our eight online programs, the Mini-Class, the six Minor Program Packages, and the Mastery Program, you will learn the secrets essential to becoming a more effective leader and achieving greater success and happiness.
We have developed these three distinct programs so that your employees can start their emotional intelligence leadership journey at their own pace. Just decide which programs best meet your specific needs and start your emotional education now!
The Mini Class is a one-day program, is comprised of 6 video lessons, including downloadable instructions, a mini ‘Get Unstuck Tool Kit’ (6 Learning Guides and 1 Life Learning Guide), plus ends with a Final Exam to test comprehension.
All six of our Minor Programs can be completed in one week, and range from 6-10 video lessons. Also, there are downloadable instructions, a ‘Get Unstuck Tool Kit’ (1 Learning Guide, Get Unstuck Journal, and 1 Life Learning Guide), as well as a Final Exam to test comprehension.
And our Mastery Program is a 6-week long comprehensive program that includes 34 video lessons (all six minor programs plus a bonus video on happiness). Also, there are downloadable instructions, a ‘Get Unstuck Tool Kit’ (Learning Guide, Get Unstuck Journal, and 6 Life Learning Guides), and a Final Exam to test comprehension.
