EI EXPERIENCE OFF-SITE RETREAT

Whether you need to build stronger teams, improve communication or simply enhance the skillset of your leaders, the EI Experience Off-Site Retreat is customizable for any purpose. The discussion, activities, games, case studies, workplace examples and self-reflection allow each participant to disarm and become vulnerable amongst their coworkers.

Conducting this retreat off-site allows employees to remove the corporate masks they work so hard to keep on. When your team is brave enough to talk about the real issues – that is when the magic happens and the caring starts.

The EI Experience will give you and your employees tools to communicate openly and effectively in a non-threatening way. This program will teach teams to remove the barriers preventing them from achieving their personal and professional goals.

The retreat curriculum is based on three full days of applied learning that can be condensed to two days to better suit your organizational needs. During the EI Experience Off-Site Retreat, participants will learn to develop and enhance the 15 emotional intelligence competencies within these five EI composites scales:

  1. Self Perception – how we see or perceive ourselves
  2. Self Expression – how we show and express ourselves to others
  3. Interpersonal – how we interact with others
  4. Decision Making – how we use the information our emotions provide to make decisions
  5. Stress Management – how well we cope with change, the unfamiliar, and daily challenges.

Once we work through the myth of trying to be the “perfect leader”, your employees will learn that bringing their authentic self to the business table will help them thrive in today’s world.
