EQ-i 2.0® WORKPLACE REPORT

$360.00 USD / PERSON

• Includes a 21-page report which examines and interprets your emotional intelligence skills from a workplace context.
This report provides insight to your corporate persona and identifies areas that will help you improve your working relationships, performance and decision-making.

The EQ-i 2.0® is a self-report assessment tool that is based on the 15 competencies of the Emotional Quotient Inventory (hence, EQ-i®). Not only does the EQ-i 2.0® score your total EQ, but it also scores you on each of the 15 competencies, highlighting your strengths and potential for improvement. This assessment consists of 133 questions, and usually takes between 20-30 minutes to complete.

Upon completion of the assessment, you will receive a one-hour debrief on your results, scheduled at your convenience.

EQ-i 2.0® LEADERSHIP REPORT

$430.00 USD / PERSON

• Includes a 27-page report with results interpreted in a leadership context. Scores are compared to top leaders.

The EQ-360® goes further in depth because it not only contains the self report assessment of the EQ-i 2.0®, it integrates what other people think of you, which is why this tool is also referred to as the Multi-Rater Assessment. This 41-page report provides crucial information. It is important not only to see yourself, but to be aware of how others see you.

Upon completion of the assessment, you will receive a one-hour debrief on your results, scheduled at your convenience

 

EQ-360® LEADERSHIP REPORT

 $735.00 USD / PERSON

• Includes a 51-page report with self- and rater- results interpreted in a leadership context.  Scores are compared to top leaders.

The EQ-360® goes further in depth because it not only contains the self report assessment of the EQ-i 2.0®, it integrates what other people think of you which is why this tool is also referred to as the Multi-Rater Assessment. This 51-page report provides crucial information through a leadership lens.  It is important not only to see yourself, but to be aware of how others see you.

Upon completion of the assessment, you will receive a one-hour debrief on your results, scheduled at your convenience.

EQ-i 2.0® GROUP REPORT

$1,000.00 USD / GROUP

• Includes a 5-page report combining the EQ-i 2.0® scores of individuals that take the EQ-i 2.0® in a manner that enables interpretation at a group or team level.

The EQ-i 2.0® Group Report combines the EQ-i 2.0® scores of individuals that take the EQ-i 2.0® in a manner that enables interpretation at the group or team level. This 5-page report represents and maintains the anonymity of the participants’ individual scores. An overview that identifies group strengths, as well as areas where the group as a whole can be more effective, is presented.

Upon completion of the assessment, you will receive a two-hour debrief on your results, scheduled at your convenience. Implications at an organizational level are examined and strategies for action that can further develop the group’s potential are recommended.
