What is emotional intelligence?
Emotional intelligence is the ability to use the information provided by emotions to act appropriately in the face of daily challenges. Emotional intelligence gives you the ability to understand, express and manage your emotions. It also helps you develop and maintain good social relationships, and think clearly to solve problems under pressure.
Why is EQ important?
Building emotional intelligence is the most life-changing skill that could ever be taught! Teaching your teams to lead with emotional intelligence will produce results where milestones are met, results are surpassed, and employees are engaged. It is critical for leaders to show their staff how much they care and teach them to connect with the entire person, not just the employee.

How do I login to my account to access my online courses?

What does the EQ Assessment measure? Who has access to my EQ results?
The EQ-i 2.0® is a self-report assessment tool that is based on the 15 competencies of the Emotional Quotient Inventory (hence, EQ-i). Not only does the EQ-i 2.0® score your total EQ, but it also scores you on each of the 15 competencies, highlighting your strengths and potential for improvement.
This assessment consists of 133 questions and usually takes between 20-30 minutes to complete. Upon completion of the assessment, you will receive a one-hour-long debrief on your results. The purpose of this assessment is to collect information on leadership effectiveness.
It is imperative that you understand that your EQ report is completely confidential and will only be seen by you and your EQ coach and used only for your personal growth and development. Therefore, when taking the EQ assessment, please be as honest and accurate as possible to gain the most insight of yourself.
