PACKAGE C: CULTIVATING SKILLS

The program has six steps:
- EQ Assessment
- EQ-i 2.0® Workplace or Leadership Report and Private Debrief Sessions
- EQ-i 2.0® Group Report and Group Debrief Session
- EI Experience Retreat
- Individual Coaching Sessions
- Group Reinforcement Coaching Session
This program is designed to cultivate new leadership skills and create change in your organization. We want participants to critically think about where they are at with their emotional intelligence skills and then come together to learn and grow.
Each employee begins with taking an EQ Assessment, which scores each employee on 15 emotional intelligence competencies. You can decide which EQ report you want to be generated for each team member.
The EQ-i 2.0® Workplace Report outlines how your employees’ emotional intelligence skills balance in a workplace context, and the EQ-i 2.0® Leadership Report scores each employee’s emotional intelligence competencies through a leadership lens.
Upon completion of the EQ Assessments, every employee will receive a one-hour long debrief on their results from one of our EQ coaches, scheduled at their convenience. We help each employee interpret their own scores and the interrelationships between them.
Regardless of which of the two EQ Reports are chosen, the results from the EQ Reports will improve working relationships, enhance performance, help make better decisions, and create a newfound awareness for each and every employee before leading into the EQ-i 2.0® Group Report and Group Debrief Session.
Here, we generate the EQ-I 2.0 Group Report, which combines the employees’ EQ-i 2.0® scores in a manner that enables analysis at the team or group level. This 5-page report includes all of the employees’ individual scores, but these scores will remain anonymous.
The Group Debrief Session
In the Group Debrief Session, we outline and cover in detail the group’s strengths and areas of opportunity. Conclusions at an organizational level are examined, and group action strategies to further develop are suggested.
Next comes the EI Experience Retreat, which will take place off-site and will cover five EI composite scales and 15 EI Competencies in an interactive and experiential learning environment. Conducting this Retreat off-site allows your employees to remove the corporate masks they work so hard to keep on. When your team is brave enough to talk about the real issues – that is when the magic happens and the caring starts.
This special learning and developmental experience allows you and your team to come together and discuss what’s really going on, connect on a deeper, more authentic level, and search for unified, forward-thinking solutions to your organization’s challenges. Your team will come out of the Retreat feeling refreshed and transformed with knowledge and new capabilities, as well as having a deeper understanding of, and appreciation for, their colleagues.
Commitment Is Key
To ensure commitment to the competencies learned during the EI Experience Retreat, this package includes individual and group coaching sessions, which has proven to be the best way for employees to live the learning.
In the private coaching sessions, we will show your employees how learning some simple emotional intelligence techniques and strategies will increase their personal effectiveness in your organization, which can also be used to become more fulfilled and successful in all aspects of their lives.
We will then connect for one last Group Reinforcement Coaching Session to continue to develop strategies and techniques to empower your team to have the courage to stay committed collectively to conquering anything getting in their way from being the best version of themselves. The purpose of this Group Session is to help reinforce what they learned into meaningful and highly personalized action plans for each employee’s further development.
