This option is great for organizations that know a change is needed but do not know where to start.
The program has four steps:
- EQ Assessment
- EQ-i 2.0® Workplace or Leadership Report and Private Debrief Session
- Live Training Workshops
- Group Reinforcement Coaching Session
This program is an excellent place to start if you want to discover your organizational gaps and find ways to boost team success.
Each employee begins with taking an EQ Assessment, which scores each employee on 15 emotional intelligence competencies. You can decide which EQ report you want to be generated for each employee.
The EQ-i 2.0® Workplace Report outlines how your employees’ emotional intelligence skills balance in a workplace context, and the EQ-i 2.0® Leadership Report scores each employee’s emotional intelligence competencies through a leadership lens.
Upon completion of the EQ Assessments, every employee will receive a one-hour long debrief on their results from one of our EQ coaches, scheduled at their convenience. We help each employee interpret their own scores and the interrelationships between them.
Regardless of which of the two EQ Reports are chosen, the results from the EQ Reports will improve working relationships, enhance performance, help make better decisions, and create a newfound awareness for each and every employee. Your team will learn about their own strengths, as well as their development opportunities.
We Believe In Customization
Based on your team’s results, we customize each of the Live Training Workshops to meet the current needs of your team to maximize effectiveness within your organization. Leadership development training is needed to provide your organization with the skills, tools, and knowledge to lead their teams and the business successfully.
The program ends with a Group Reinforcement Coaching Session to emphasize, assess and apply the practical behavioral and mindset changes learned throughout the entire program. The purpose of this Group Session is to help reinforce what they learned into meaningful and highly personalized action plans for each employee’s further development.
